The same thing goes for the North Georgia highways on the way there. The grass was freshly cut and there was not a piece trash to be seen
It's illegal to litter in La too but never enforced. I'd be perfectly fine with "litter police" Karen's out giving tickets daily
La is letting criminals/murderers walk so littering is ignored.
