Sean Payton will likely be at the top of this list, just like he is going to be at the top of every list. But hard to imagine any world in which the #Saints  -- who have his rights until 2024 -- would be cool sending Payton to a division rival.

Reading through the replies, panthers, cardinals, and charger fans all salivating over Payton. This market may surpass the Gruden haul

Why wouldn't we trade him for a top 10 pick?

If there were to be a bidding war and Carolina offered the most, that's where I would send him.

Payton doesn’t want to go there. He wants a tailor made spot with an established young QB and plenty of cap room.

I doubt he wants to develop a rookie because if so, he could have just done it here.

Chargers has to be the leader

I don’t think Payton would be interested in Carolina

This will be the year the league decides to disallow draft pick compensation for head coaches.

Payton wants Dallas.

The Cowboys are 4-1 now, but a hard crash will most likely happen later this season and McCarthy won’t survive.

Payton and Tepper would be unable to coexist together. That would be a worse situation than going to Dallas with JJ.

If I’m Payton, The chargers are at the top of the list and it’s not close. Dallas would be second but if they make a playoff run they aren’t during Fat McCarthy. Also, Payton won’t take that job without full control. It’s Chargers by a landslide but i don’t care if we face Payton twice a year. He goes to the highest fukin bidder and we’d be dumb to do otherwise.

If it were panthers, most likely this year's 2nd and next year's first. Sean gets to keep his first for a qb.

I'd rather raid the Chargers future for him...I bet Skylene would be into that arrangement as well.
