Loyola has put a major empahsis on bar prep in the last few years and it seems to be paying off.
If you are self motivated and don't get into LSU, is a better option if you aren't looking to end up with 200k in debt from Loyola. If you have some connections to help with getting a job Southern is probably a better investment.
