Yep, over the top and too the boundary.
There's only 9 guys shown. 2 offscreen. They have safety help over the top. 86 is covered. Same thing on the other side I bet, which is why JD isnt even looking at Jaray. A throw to 10 is a high probability of a pick 6. That corner will play the ball knowing he has help over top, thats why he is giving the cushion in his zone.
