I can definitely vouch for New Hampshire. Their roads are fricking amazing. 3 things New Hampshire does right…roads, ice cream shops & candy shops. I swear I couldn’t drive 1/4 mile without seeing a ice cream or candy shop.

That’s impressive, northern states are at a disadvantage with the freeze/thaw cycle every year
