re: Ranking of States with the worst roads

I must’ve driven a couple thousand miles through California over the summer and there’s no way their roads are as bad as ours. All of the freeways and major highways are solid for the most part, and even many of the desert roads were great aside from some deceptive dips. Hell I spent a lot of time in Death Valley and the paved roads out there are better than any in New Orleans.
