Plus, there are many countries where affordable housing is a right or at least they have solutions to afford homes (ex Germany). But i forgot yall only know about America here ??

What does this have to do with the US constitution which you referenced in your OP?

Emigrate to Germany, my guy. I don't know what else to tell you. Learn German and carry your happy arse to Hamburg.

You mean the Germany that now has unaffordable energy, while creating their dependence on Russian gas, so they can shutdown their nuclear powerplants, and go green. That German?
You can afford the rent but can't afford to heat it this winter. That Germany?
So now they have to have a "right" of affordable energy now. That will be subsidized by the tax payers. Is that the solution? The politicians create the mess so the taxpayers can pay for their mistakes.

I’m pretty sure you can go out and buy/rent/subsidize housing for others if this is that big a thing for you. Hell, you can even start a non-profit where you use the money to pay for housing for others. Get donors, have fundraisers, throw galas. Then use the money to fund housing.
There…problem solved.
