In two games this year, against inferior opponents, he's gotten in during the third quarter. And the reality is he has looked better than any QB LSU has on their roster.

I think if LSU could hang around long enough to where we only pull Heisman Hendon for the fourth than it should be considered a success for the Tigers. But I still wouldn't be surprised if we see Milton in the third.

HeyBeau. You may see this Milton fella in the third, but it won't be because Tennessee has sealed the game.

Probably the second is when LSU will knock Hooker out of the game

Your attitude is just like the vols baseball team
I remember when yalls football team was good
That was a really long time ago
Congrats on feeling so good about yourself against a program that has been powerful and relevant over the last 20 years
And congrats on yalls impending total dominance over LSU

Joe Milton is garbage. Unless you need someone throw the ball completely out of the stadium, he's useless.

This really is bringing flashbacks to UT discovering that they were good at baseball

I like Hooker a lot, and facing him scares the shite out of me. He is a damn good QB, and seems like an even better human being. I would absolutely hate to see him miss any time due to an injury. God forbid, if that happens and Milton comes in, I will immediately think of this post.

Nope. It'll be because Ojulari suplexed Hooker to death.

Man, you can tell the teams that have suffered for decades, as soon as they sniff the smallest amount of success they puff up. For example see ATM EVERY single year in September, by December they look exactly how Tenn fans will look this year.

Do you expect the LSU pass rush to injure Hooker or just make him too frightened to continue?

Much has to do with Heisman Herndon's overall health. Gameday decisions but either QB, we're in great shape!

We haven't had a decent football team in a long time. However, I wouldn't say that LSU has been consistent either. Have you been better than Tennessee for the last 15-20 years? Mostly. That is obvious. However, as of late LSU hasn't, from a program perspective, been that amazing. You won a Natty a few years ago, but that was more like a Chizik/Newton lightning in a bottle with Orgeron/Burrow. I would love that to happen to Tennessee, and congrats on hitting the jackpot. But, outside of Bama, and now UGA, we are all playing catch up. I think what many Vol fans are perceiving is that we are playing catch up at a better rate than those other schools around us. We feel like we're in a better place than UF, UK, SC, AUB, and honestly, LSU. We will see. On Saturday, may the team with the best coaching and teenagers dressed up in plastic running around chasing a leather oblong ball win. I think it will be the Vols. If not, I will have a great dinner, sleep well, and go to church the next morning.
