I had a family member who was in the pool. They work for a company who had an entry in the parade. Needless to say they were DQ'd with quick haste.

So testimony is scheduled to start today... but Brooks was served with something yesterday that will apparently require a ruling before testimony begins
Rekieta... before being terminated by YouTube... was saying he believes it's a motion to have Brooks ruled incompetent to serve as his own attorney and have a public defender represent him over a sure-to-come objection

My cousin is a manager at one of the bar/restaurants right on the parade route and my cousins work for him there...one of them saw the car sending people flying right in front.
