I DID do it, for about 20k a year in mold infested barracks rooms, seeing my family once to twice a year, and "food" that is served in prisons. When you do it, I'll respect your opinion.

ETA: I don't give a shite to about the "Thank you for your service" comments but at least don't be a cuck and say shite like you do.

Exactly. I love when people who have 0 military experience mention that we were "compensated just like any other job". I remember looking at tax statements after my first 4 years and averaging my pay per hour. After factoring in the average cost of healthcare and BAH, I made around $6/hour. That's with 2 deployments.
