I’m with the OP 2011 F150 Ecoboost (289k miles changed the flex plate at 260k teeth wore down which is expected) didn’t get the start up rattle from the cam phasers until 250k traded it in without fixing big.

2015 f150 Ecoboost 296K only changed a water pump at 210k and a battery. Random Cam phaser rattle started around 200k never fixed it

2020 expedition Ecoboost currently knocking on 170k (cam phaser rattle fixed under warranty 60k) battery at 150k. Other then that rolling still shooting for 300k on this one.

Ford has had the cam phaser rattle for 10 fkn years.
