He might have meant the witnesses wasn’t credible in his opinion but that’s not what he said. He may also have no idea that one of his detectives spoke to the witness because he has no idea what he’s doing.

I added this to my above post: I did only watch the clip. Not the whole press conference. Was meaning that the leadership seemed to be trying to play down the witness.
