I would argue no matter how you look at it FSU has the best class out of the three. Mathematically, even though all of our recruits are ranked, their players are all high on the list within their system which is what they used to create the class ranking.

Not to start that debate again but it honestly doesn't matter much if the class is ranked 5 or 15 or 1. The kids have to be a fit for the culture of the program and respond to coaching and adjust to the jump in competition of the SEC once they are here. Nobody is going to care if they were highly ranked if none of that happens.

I disagree with that assessment on its face, although there is a little validity to your argument. However, with that argument there are a couple other schools that should be ahead of FSU that are below all of them. The ExtraInning rankings are indicative but very influenced by relationships and politics. And if you use Perfect Games rankings you have a completely different result (FSU with a 22, 25 & 41 vs 13, 18 and 38).

Aside from the controversial nature of the EI rankings I am very familiar with those kids on the FSU list and several are not worthy of those rankings compared to others in the 2023 class, including LSU's commits. LSU's list of commits collectively are far better players than those on the FSU list. Danley and Torres being the two best from what I've seen.

All of them are obviously very good, but LSU has at least 5 proven high-end, highly-skilled 2023's. FSU is not that, I can assure you. Quite familiar with every kid on this list except the Gooden kid at FSU and the Brown kid at TX.
