As noted by others, the pic doesn't help identify the vine other than to eliminate common problems like Virginia creeper, poison ivy, common briar, bush killer, pepper vine, etc.
For best effect with Roundup, 1st cut vines climbing tree as close to base as possible. The growth on tree will then die. 2nd use a trimmer to cut vines rooted in dirt right down to ground. Treat with herbicide once new tender leaves sprout. Hitting new growth can be very effective.
