Does it produce white flowers or any other colored flower?

Looks like Confederate or Star Jasmine, but not really sure from that photo. Better/closeup photos would help.

Asian jasmine. Glyphosate isn’t going to work. Gonna have to grip it and rip it.

The only option is to introduce aerial blight to the jasmine. Which I can’t help you there.

Asian jasmine. Like others have said, you're gonna have to manually rip it out. I've had some luck with running a weed eater through it to open it up and spraying immediately with crossbow+spreader sticker. The waxy leaves make it hard for anything to work.

I think that is what I had years ago and it seems like Asian or Japanese Jasmine. I took my hedger and cut it along ground level and lifted it off like a carpet. that seemed to essentially kill it back except for a few sprouts here and there. Take the edger and run it along ground level and cut it all out that way. I never got sprays to kill it either.
