There's only 3 answer's to the series of footage the Navy had previously made available. It's either interstellar alien tech, foreign tech, or American tech.

I doubt space aliens exist. Seriously. And I'm quite certain the Rus nor the CCP have this tech.

So that just leaves the third possibility; it belongs to us. Some how we have engineered a generational jump forward in technology.

But we might be faking it. That is a thing we do.

What The Hell Is Going On with UFOs And The Department Of Defense?

Someone or something appears to have some extremely advanced technology and the Pentagon is actively changing the nature of the conversation about it.

Interviews with eyewitnesses from the Nimitz encounter are wild, especially Kevin Day - Senior Chief Operations specialist. Toward the end of his interview he talks about the psychological effects he and others experienced afterwards. In a very positive way.
