Thanks ronk....I will kill it and re-sod with centipede. The yard drains well and has large elevation changes.

I am inundated with a mixture of VBW and Doveweed as well.
Fixing to hit it with Celsius.

I have lived in BR my whole life, and never had yard issues like the last several years.
