I get what you’re saying but Canada is different. You got houses 2 hours outside of Toronto that are still $500/sqft.

I’ve been waiting on that for along time for properties 60+ miles north of the lake, I’m still waiting on the climate change that would make our properties 10 times worth what they currently are.
