I don't know what's so hard about understanding that technology has come such a long way that we can play less loft and still launch and spin the ball. That's a good thing

If the loft angle is similar and spin is similar, why do you care what degree the club is?
I've said it before, but the naming of the club is irrelevant. The key is we have 14 clubs to put the ball in the hole. Pick the best 14 that work for you.
I could care less what clubs someone swings on a hole. I got beat this weekend by a guy hitting a 7 iron when I was hitting a PW. He was a better golfer that day. The clubs we were swinging were irrelevant.
