My wife is WFH. Her company has never offered to pay for any expenses associated other than providing her a laptop and a monitor.

Been working primarily from home since the start of the pandemic. Company never offered to pay for Internet. In fact, I had to bump up my plan because of bullshite overages Cox started charging. Company gave me a laptop with a cord…..that’s it. Using my personal monitor and had to but a docking station with my own $ to make working from home a bit more comfortable.

I’m work from home and it’s the same deal for me. If you don’t want to pay for internet, go back to the office is our policy.

ETA: I do count our internet bill and a portion of our electric bill as tax deductions for work expenses though.

ETA2: I took the standard deduction this year and didn’t realize it’s no longer tax deductible. I’m a TurboTax Deluxe OT poor.
