Backup to Faulk is why his numbers were down. Anytime he was called on to be the guy he came thru. Like in the 97 independence bowl when Faulk was injured he put up over 200 yds.

I may be mistaken but I think he set a single game rushing record for LSU and possibly for the Independence Bowl.
