Cool story. Graham Hancock makes a good case for ancient civilizations being in the Americas, North and South too. Has done a few Joe Rogan podcasts discussing. This clip for example.
I read his book. It’s choker block full of evidence for stuff like this. And also goes into how the orthodoxy of archeology is set up not to consider different theories and ignore or poo poo contrary evidence.

Piggyback on what you’re talking about. Younger dryas period and the meteorite that hit the ice in Canada, causing massive flooding across North America as well as other parts of the world. Younger dryas was approximately 12,000 years ago where the earths temperature warmed up tremendously in a short period of time and cooled off again. It’s the same timeframe as the story of the great flood in the Bible and many other ancient writings, the same time all large North American mammals were killed off, the same time the Clovis culture disappeared. Graham touches on this as well as Randall Carlson. It is very Interesting.
