I literally just posted a link to the original source video from 9 months ago. She is a buffoon but the above video is fake, first of all they don’t put ridiculous music to congressional press conferences. Otherwise it is chopped and spliced for effect.

If you listen to the full video, it's obvious that the cut up video is manufactured. She's 82 and has probably slowed down some, but she's no where near Biden territory, as the manufactured video implies. She can answer questions off the cuff with detail and little hesitation.

That's such a strawman to the issue being discussed. No one, and I mean literally NO ONE believes that music was actually being played during the live press conference.
