The ominous music isn't really needed.
WTF is she talking about 'bird and privilege' scrub? Context?
Reporter reminds Nancy that she said she would NOT send a bill that was 'messaging', and Nancy quickly states that yes, she IS sending messaging in the bill.
Bird bath?? Bathing?
Some can try to explain away that this is stuff taken out of context, but her long pauses are a clear sign she's spinning her wheels cognitively , just like Joe.
