UK's CMA has issued its new preliminary findings, and they state Microsoft has addressed their concerns. Final ruling will be in October, but it seems very unlikely they would come back with an adverse ruling at this point. They've embarrassed themselves with this deal.
Not sure what could possibly halt the sale at this point.

Activision stock currently hovering around $94 a share. Microsoft's purchase will pay $95 a share.
