Unfortunately, legally, I think he has a layer of protection between him and those enforcing the lockdowns, under threat of OSHA and other agencies. But he’s right. He wasn’t the one forcing the lockdowns. He was responsible for the guidance that forced them, but he wasn’t the one holding the gun to peoples’ heads.
Local and state governments were largely responsible for that.

I don’t give a shite about lockdowns. He needs to be put away for the “science” he subcontracted to the CCP. That led to COVID. With federal funds to boot.

Yep! Trump left it up to the states. Which was the correct path. It also gives these criminals like Fauci cover. We will see what Rand uncovers though. He has it out for Fauci.

I've been saying this all along. It was Trump and Biden who did it.
If Fauci ever goes to jail it will be for getting bribed, and THAT would not surprise me. Actually, I would be surprised if he was punished but not that he did it.
