My relatives have such poor ATT signal at their house that our phones would get zero to 1 bar. Yet the ATT Fixed Wireless antenna/box on the roof was able to pick up enough signal for them to have solid internet. Now streaming Netflix and HBO all day long.
You might try ATT Fixed Wireless or the similar Verizon product if available in your area. They checked the signal before doing any work, so it doesn't hurt to try.

This is good to know. Verizon told me it would work. I did not believe them because my phone does not get much of a signal. Thank you!
