Verizon should let you test one of their fixed wireless units. You might be able to position it near a window where it can get a decent signal.
And as another poster suggested, search for a WISP in the area. It's fixed wireless service similar to cellular, but usually smaller companies and they tend to specialize in shooting a signal out to the boonies where it's not worth it for the big guys.
