Biolabs or bio weapons labs? That’s a huge distinction and disingenuous at best. The US hasn’t used chemical weapons since Napalm in Vietnam and has never used biological weapons. Russia created the largest known stockpile of chemical/biological weapons in human history

They acknowledged they had biolabs across the world as part of a cooperative program with other countries, no where did they say they were making biological weapons
