Those were all Russian biolabs which the US helped decon and turn into medical labs.
The same Russian Duma member in the article also stated that Russia was losing in Ukraine because the biolabs were producing superhuman mutant Ukrainian soldiers who were killing all the Russian soldiers.

Maybe true may not be. The question why do ppl expect us to believe this? Yes the US government has done some corrupt shady shite but so have the Russians and North Koreans. They throw this shite out there but never show any concrete proof, lets see the proof?
