At what point, exactly, did the communist take control of the US?

For so many decades, communism was our enemy. We actively worked and sacrificed to stop its spread throughout the world. Entire countries were toppled. Hundreds of thousands died. Yet, communism won in the end. Our government is infested, from top to bottom, at the federal, state, and local levels.

I know history as well as any man. However, I struggle to pinpoint the moment that the tides changed and the maoists gained their toehold and eventually took control.

Anyone care to educate me?

Serious infiltration began in 1880s. 1960s was the completion, utter dominance of every institution and the culture. Bye bye Miss American Pie.

Vietnam war is a pretty good theory. The theory I saw was that while most country loving men went to fight, all the communist aka teachers infiltrated higher education and started pumping the propaganda.

The key year was 1965, with the Immigration Act and The Great Society

Other significant events:

Leftist takeover of schools, media, and corporate HR depts

The election of Obama, which undid 50 years of progress in race relations

FDR had numerous communists in his cabinet and staff.

McCarthy in the 50s was the last to try to root them out.

The people we call communists didn't always call themselves that, but they were always a group moving from empire to empire with revolutionary agents, induced media frenzies and bank power.

So they swelled up England, made it a world menace, then laid it to waste and wholesale slaughtered its people, and fully subjugated it

And they swelled up Spain, made it a world menace, then laid it to waste and wholesale slaughtered its people, and fully subjugated it

And they swelled up France, made it a world menace, then laid it to waste and wholesale slaughtered its people, and fully subjugated it

And they swelled up Russia, made it a world menace, then laid it to waste and wholesale slaughtered its people, and fully subjugated it

And they swelled up Germany, made it a world menace, then laid it to waste and wholesale slaughtered its people, and fully subjugated it

And they swelled up America, made it a world menace, then...

It’s been a slow burn that started in the 50’s and slowly ratcheted up. Once it hit Clinton & Obama it became exponentially more apparent. Since the last decade, liberals don’t even try to hide it. They are reveling in it.

In 1913 when they passed the 16th amendment. That laid the groundwork for the government to take what you earn as a citizen.

quote:

The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

The 60’s is when it really began to take root in the higher education system. It’s been a decline ever since.

In my opinion, the masks came off once Obama got in office. Bush put several things in place to assist, like the surveillance state and Homeland Security, but that's when it got real.

IMO, think more of it being Marxism than communism. It really began to ramp up once we allowed Herbert Marcuse to enter this country (1933) after the breakup of the Frankfurt school in Germany (Hitler wasn't a fan of Marxism/ Communism obviously) and install him into the OSS which was the precursor for the CIA.

I believe it was Max Horkheimer that bemoaned to other Frankfurt school philosophers that the working class proletariat was lost to capitalism as they had means to purchase things and freedom of movement with some money.

This caused Marcuse to look for oppressed peoples to form a new proletariat. Marcuse found the blacks (negro class he called them) as a group that was prime to be courted to his cause. Along with blacks, he sought out the gay and queer populations as others who could be their own proletariat.

Our education system has been under attack for years (80s) since Henry Jerue was enamored by the writings of Paulo Frierre.
