What’s totally false? If you fail to sign someone in the top 10 rounds you lose the slot value. Only 3 or 4 players last year didn’t sign in the first 10 rounds and it’s usually because they find something in their medicals they don’t like or something like that. The chances of a kid signing in the first 10 rounds is damn near 100%. Teams are not going to draft kids and hope they sign in those rounds

You can't reason with these people. If Burrow had another year of eligibility there would be people on here arguing that he could benefit from coming back another year, even after winning the Heisman and being the #1 draft pick. They can't separate their fandom of LSU from reality.
