Does he stay the entire year? He seems to fit the bill of “preparing for draft” bs

This totally sounds a guy who's going to opt out

is bigger than football. It’s about Leadership, Encouragement, Accountability, and Discipline. I had to grow into 7 to understand it already had the characteristics that I was striving for. To be chosen to wear this Legendary number is an honor. I’m excited to be back on the field with my brothers and go to work this season. To do it in Number 7 is a true blessing, following in the footsteps of some of the greatest players in LSU history. Greatness begins now

If you read his post, you’d realize how stupid this sounds.

As long as it looks like we're having an 8-4 type year or better and he stays healthy I would definitely think so. Covid, Injuries, and Coach O being fired were really the only reasons for previous opt-outs.

This is a new era with a motivated staff and team. Man, I'm so glad we made the change.

Good lord you people are so misinformed it’s unreal. How can you not understand that this was the primary reason O was canned? ROSTER MISMANAGEMENT. no one wanted to play for him. He lost the locker room with his off the field antics and it dominoed.

Agree or disagree with personal beliefs but going on Fox News was a nail in the coffin. You’ll never see Saban or other greats do that. Stay in your lane and support your guys. I don’t blame the kids for quitting on him. He didn’t deserve respect for the way he acted. 100% support opting out in this case.

Let’s still be in contention for Atlanta when we head to Aggieland so this isn’t a question for anyone.
