YouTube TV is really good, with Hulu Live & Fubo being the only real competitors (Sling has Sports, but it lacks in many other areas). You may have ESPN, but chances are you do not have the full ESPN version that will allow you to watch NFL, College football/baseball, basketball games... You most likely will need one of the previously mentioned subscriptions to watch these events.
Do not forget to check your cell phone plan. Verizon has an option that will give you Disney+, Hulu, & ESPN+ for free. I know AT&T had similar offers, but I'm not a customer so not sure if it's still a thing.
Finally, this site will give you a breakdown of the main three live TV options. It would be best to see what channels each offers and see if you need to eliminate any right off the back.
