It certainly was. There is no doubt that the PAC-10 is down this year. But many conferences would be lees than they are with the PAC-10's ooc.

Like I said if the PAC-10 scheduled like the Big-10, SEC, or Big-12, and USC kept it's strong ooc schedule, then year in and year out the PAC-10 would be in the conversation for being the top conference.
