purchase a real washing machine
You need to buy a speed queen commercial residential or a maytag commercial residential. I was in the same boat, my samsung $1,000 set broke after 3 years. I said screw it and dropped $2,000 on a commercial speed queen set and never looked back. The speed queen washer is essential. Dryers are relatively easy to fix, washers are not.

I was in the same boat. Went through two, a samsung and an LG, set. Finally said F it and got the speed queens.
I don't really want to waste water, but I do want to use the proper amount required to wash a full load of clothes in less than 90 min. And when I say full load of clothes, I mean 1990's size loads not this BS new definition of "high capacity" size load with the F'd up HE detergent that leaves oil stains on clothes.
