Out of pocket? What Dr.?
I've wanted this done for years. Always been thin never hitting more than 210 lbs at 6'1". When I was young and dumb a supplement shop sold me oral hormones without me realizing what it was (might have been Tren). I had no idea about cycling or anything. My tits have never been the same. I'm 185-190 now and still have moobs. It's depressing and I'm sick of being self conscious about it.
