Terrible.
Was one degree separated from a couple of folks who died.
I was out in Lake Ponchartrain (by the Northshore) when it happened.
We had been keeping an eye on the local thunderstorm on the South shore.
Had a TV onboard, Bill Elder was a good newsman.
Earned his money that day.
Sad day.
