Was reading up on this last week. They will have cameras in between to warn you if you are crossing faster than allowed and give you the opportunity to reduce your speed before hitting the end.

I hope someone updates/bumps this thread when they get a ticket to show us who it comes from. If it's some out of state crap, I wish them luck in enforcing it.

Wow, that sounds fancy. So glad Louisiana can have nice and fancy things like this now.

That sounds worthless unless it's smart enough to calculate that you listened to the warning, slowed to complete the second half in 9 minutes plus, and then doesn't give a ticket.

If it's based on the total time (18 min)... say you complete the first half at 80mph, get the warning to slow, you would have to probably drop to 45 mph for the second half to not finish sooner than 18 min.

So again, if consideration is not given to someone following the warning, then what's the point.
