We spent 5 days in Dubrovnik, but two of them were a day trip to Kotor and a day spent on Lokrum. The food at Panorama was OK but the view can't be beat.
We ate dinner at Dubravka 1836 (good seafood and view), a steak restaurant on the water (so so), a pizza place (pretty good), and Lady Pi-Pi (really good seafood).
Try to arrange a meal of the national lamb dish (peka) if you can. Reservations are required at least the day before.
