This started many years ago on Reagan's board..Tiger Lair during the time Jamarcus was being recruited...there were some bits of info passed around the some of us deemed unnecessary...

Germany is in an earlier time zone than America, therefore stories would break earlier.
Someone could post a story in Germany, then hours later the same story could be repeated in America.
