I’m not even going to begin to act like I know anything about this dude.
Outside of being an MLB pitching coach, what’s the hype?

Coached guys like Blaine Knight and Kevin Kopps at Arky. Couldn’t name anymore without doing some research.
Blaine went 11-0 during their CWS run if I remember right and Kopps won the Golden Spikes

He was PC at MooU in 2016 and Ark ‘17-‘18 before being hired by the Twins. Regarded as one of the top coaches in college before going to MLB, and a jump like that rarely happens. He’s earned respect as the Twins PC and it was thought he’d be an MLB manager before ever going back to college

He’s an MLB pitching coach coming to coach in college. That’s pretty big and enough hype in its own right.

While watching the Yankees-A’s baseball game tonight he was mentioned as a baseball move today. They stated he is considered one of the top pitching coaches in MLB. He was being paid $250,000 by Minnesota and LSU will be paying him $750,000.
