I think it will depends on the player and how it moves their core forward, which I think they really like. They definitely favor a certain type of player and put a premium on culture.

So I don't think Mitchell would be a great fit. A player I think would be great for them is Siakham. He can slide in next to Holmgren. They have enough ammo to do a swap directly or facilitate a move (3rd team) of Mitchell to the Raptors.

But I am sure they want to be bad at least one more year..

Donovan Mitchells defense is lazy Harden level bad. The bad part about his defense is that i don't think its an effort thing, even though it is right now, its more he's an idiot on the court defensively.

if he's an idiot defensively after so long in pro ball, that's never improving.

he's sure a mighty scorer.
walk down memory lane.
the one first game he missed two years ago in the 1 v 8 playoffs vs memphis, memphis won.
after he returned jazz win 4 to zip and he wasn't even full strength. goebert and Conley played well too. it was in a way the conley vengeance series. he was stellar. maybe his last hurrah. memphis just cashed the first they got. they moved it up a little. with theirs and Utah and a little more they come away with Roddy and LaRavia.
ok pick for an aged vet years past prime. remains to be seen if either of them can play nba defense. laravia will get a look since Jj jr is out next several months. santiago
aldama (30th pick in 21) may have come into his own though. dominant in summer league. fools gold? remind me of summer naw? I think aldama will get votes for most improved. he will be in the rotation with Jj jr out. if aldama stays healthy not much time for rookie laravia.
lol..if the team is healthy both roddy and laravia probably learn with memphis hustle the minor league team.

The Toronto Raptors are waiving forward Svi Mykhailiuk, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Mykhailiuk, who's currently playing for Ukraine's national team at FIBA EuroBasket, is seeking a fresh start elsewhere.

Kind of a shocker. He shot 40% from 3 on 5 APG at one point, but seems he’s fallen off since. Would be worth a look in camp to see if he can offer anything.

I just saw that Ingram has a 15% trade kicker. Is that for every season?

He has over 100M left for the next 3 seasons. So he would get an extra 15M if he got traded (5M a year)?

Edit.. I looked it up elsewhere (LINK ).

He can't receive the kicker cause he has a max deal. But it is the team trading the player and its based on total value of the contract left.

Val has a kicker too. But it's capped at 1M.

I stumbled across a post you made about mangroves at Hull Truth. Finally got a boat for chasing them more and trying to refresh my toolbox.

It's been 10-15 years since I really targeted them. The hardest part is that my old honey holes have been torn down.

Another thinly veiled trade Ingram post. Color me shocked!

He should probably try to work on his game some and earn a bigger role.

I think he expects it to be handed to him. He’s been trading on potential for a while now between Duke, the Hawks, and the Knicks.

Seriously. The Knicks aren't loaded with wings. I can't believe he can't get minutes there.

We saw this in Atlanta. He is stupid talent. But he is a horrible teammate and has no competitive drive. Just a massive waste..

I read somewhere awhile back that Thibs didn't like Reddish. Did not want him on the team at all. So I can see why Reddish would want to leave.

Not really thread worthy but for those of you who have enjoyed his NBA writing at the ringer, jonathan tjarks is evidently home for hospice and it’s just a matter of time (cancer)

he’s 34 with a wife and small child
horrible

he needs to be stranded for a week on the moon of Alderon with a basketball, a 10 foot hoop and Yoda or Mr Miyagi.

3 years/$33 mil for Maxi Kleiber.

Lots of dudes who have shown to be better or at least as good as Jaxson Hayes getting these types of deals that I highly doubt we'll give Jax.

Then I wonder if he'll even get enough playing time to show any improvements this coming season, barring injuries bringing him back into the lineup and getting 25 minutes a night.
