To add to this, the NBA doesn’t allow teams to trade consecutive 1st round picks, so the lakers cannot trade a 1st round pick until 2027. Because in theory we potentially own the 2025 pick, so they have to hold onto the pick in 2026 until we decide to take their pick in 2024 or defer to take their 2025 pick.

They would be foolish to trade anything. They need to show patience and legitimately rebuild. Imagine had they not traded all of that young talent to us and others?

With that said, I hope they continue to do dumb shite because they cock gobbled Klutch and frick a Klutch.
