Depends. for delivery on most things it's goat. Especially when it's a well programmed app with checkable boxes like extra dressing, no beans double rice for Mexican etc. Never had an issue.

Now.....today for lunch wanted to pick up a patty melt from a local place....called that in with a phone.

Sometimes an app is cumbersome and annoying..sometimes it really is the way to go
