Gonna have to purchase a new unit soon. Going to be getting quotes from quite a few company’s before I end up making a decision. Anyone have suggestions on good company’s that do good work?

Recently received a quote to replace my 5 ton condenser and piston for $4900. My inside unit is compatible with R-410a so only the condenser needs to be replaced.

average to be expected is $2k a ton and if your old system is very old its best to go with all new ducts and registers as well. that old shite has layers of dust and dank smells that just cant be cleaned out.

just be sure to get a name brand unit and nothing like janitrol or goodman which are discount low grade sub division builder units
