it seems that the pels believe they can afford to be choosy on the “culture” angle and thus will be far more risk averse than teams normally are when looking at a guy like sharpe
which is fine, they are the ones who see the team every day, they know what they have. The question that remains is what the ceiling is of the guys they have and whether they have enough ammo to pass on him
