Who owns the property with 3 buildings on east bank now? Closed in 2011. It seems like most cities would have water front property development started by now.
Does fed still own most of the part that is the Federal City mixed development area in Algiers or do they lease what they use there now?

Navy gave that to the city… I think we should put an MLS soccer stadium there
