Park City question(s)

So, we're staying at Canyons Village and most in our group are very beginner skiers and will stick to mostly greens and maybe some blues

Whats going to be the easiest way to get from Canyons to Park City Mountain to access more greens and blues?

Each group is comprised of mom, dad and daughter (all under 14 years old) so them carrying all of their gear is not really an option and they'll need help probably with skis and poles. I know there is a bus that runs from canyons village and picks up at 7-Eleven but then it looks like it drops off either at the Fresh Market or by the round-about at the Old Town Transit Center in downtown. What I cant seem to figure out is the easiest way to get from either stop to Park City Mountain?

Would it be best to walk from the OTTC to the Town Lift then, take that up and ski down Home Run or Treasure Hollow?

Should we get off at Fresh Market and then walk to the mountain from there or is there another shuttle/bus we take from Fresh Market (looks like it's about a .50 mi)?

This is what I would do in your situation. But I will always opt for being on the mountain vs taking a bus. Starting right to left, black bars are lifts/gondola, green bars are short runs. At the end of this you will be in green/blue run central.

I'd take the route that the other poster marked on the trail, but the bus from canyons will stop at the base of PC as well. If you wanted to do town lift the walk is very short from the OTTC but I see no reason to do this option unless you just wanted to go downtown. Definitely no reason to walk from fresh market. FYI everyone will be trying to get on those busses at the end of the day so expect to fight a large crowd unless you take the gondola and ski back. The quicksilver gondola shuts down a bit earlier than the other lifts too
