I learned long ago not to count on people like that for ski trips. Every fall when we start trying to plan we have a big group… then by the time to make decisions it’s me, my wife, and another couple.

Part of the reason why I mostly go on solo trips now, just not worth the struggle. I just do what I want, if somebody wants to join me great and if not I can have fun on my own. I have done some trips that I know a group would never have gone for, places like Crystal Mountain where the lodging is super basic but I didn't care because there was a foot of powder.

I need a goggle recommendation for some around $100-150. Preferably with changeable magnetic lenses. I used Outdoor Master last year but for some reason I found myself wanting pull them up and off constantly. I think it was the visibility not comfort. So would like something comfortable but with great visibility.
